Ciara and Harry show us how to grow easy-peasy microgreen creatures.
 
You will need: compost container such as drinks bottle or yoghurt carton, scissors, acrylic paint, seeds, and a watering can or spray bottle for misting.
 
Here are some of the seeds you can use: Amaranth, basil, beetroot, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, celery, chard, chervil, chives, coriander, kale, kohlrabi, lettuce, mustard, parsley, peas, radish, rocket, spinach, sorrel!
