The National Botanic Gardens, Glasnevin, open every day of the year except Christmas Day, Tuesday 25th December. Every other day during the holidays you can enjoy a brisk stroll or enjoy the tropical surroundings in the glasshouses – an ideal break between Christmas festivities!
Please note that the Garden Tearoom (run by BaxterStorey Ireland) will be closed from midday on Sunday 23rd December to Thursday 27th December inclusive.
The Visitor Centre reception and shop will also be closed from Monday 24th December to Thursday 27th December inclusive.
Meanwhile the National Botanic Gardens, Kilmacurragh, will be open every day but there will be no access for vehicles on Tuesday 25th December. The Acton Tearoom will be open half day on Monday 24th and close for Tuesday 25th, Wednesday 26th and Tuesday 1st January.
